The Stranger's 2008 profile describes him as a rope-oriented bondage top / rigger and fetish / art photographer who moved from South Florida to the Bay Area to direct Hogtied.com, and says he had been one of the instructor / organizers at Shibaricon. DV8House's Mark De Viate education page independently places Lochai among the presenters at the first Austin Ropecraft Symposium in 2005. ROPECRAFT's 2017 Chicago and 2018 San Antonio pages preserve later presenter traces. The durable rope-specific role is historical education and event presence, not a general adult-studio catalogue.
