Places
US Western-bondage rigger, suspension artist, educator and Lewbari creator. Seattle event copy says Lew Rubens started his bondage career in the Seattle area in 2001, set up BoundNDetermined.com in 2002, rigged for WaterBondage.com from 2006 to 2008 and later taught bondage classes around the world. Impact of Memphis' Lewbari weekend page frames him as an experienced rigger and suspension artist teaching a three-day `Bondage Basics Through Suspension` curriculum; a 2015 Levitation listing in Quebec bills Lew Rubens and Drea Morgan for a full rope-suspension show and repeats the international workshop / demo context. The current Lewbari Store presents bondage tools, suspension rings and shibari rope sets created or approved by Lew Rubens.

Programme appearances come from public event listings; other records include dated performances and credits. Announced participation may remain recorded after the event date. The timeline and totals run through the current year. Gaps may reflect missing records, not inactivity.
