Tokyo international shibari festival organized by Hajime Kinoko and Ichinawakai. Expanded from the 2010 Winter Bondage event into an international festival in 2011, with performers including Naka Akira and visiting Western practitioners such as Esinem. Nawapedia's Hebari chronology preserves a September 28, 2012 Petit in Toubaku performance trace at KunKun, documented as a bounded later occurrence rather than a full 2012 festival roster.
