Japanese kinbakushi, photographer and writer active across the long Kitan Club era. Nawapedia says Tsukamoto began bondage photography around 1950, photographed both 1953 Utsukushiki Imashime / Beautifully Bound volumes, and remained a prolific Kitan Club contributor through the magazine's final 1975 issue, including serials such as The Reality of Bondage Photography and Camera Report.
