Dercein's Latin American shibari resource says @rembrandt_shibari arrived in Uruguay several years earlier, began studying with Samael, and became a prominent Uruguayan / Latin American rigger with a movement- and eroticism-oriented style, private sessions and classes. Shibari Uruguay's direct public-safe correction identifies Rembrandt as a former Shibari Uruguay member.
