Osada Eikichi (長田英吉)
Osada Eikichi (長田英吉), 1925–2001, was a Japanese nawashi in the Osada / Western.

Pioneer of modern kinbaku as public performance. From the 1960s brought rope bondage from underground SM circles into live nude-theater shows, typically in 10-day engagements. At his peak in the early 1980s drew around 2,000 spectators per day and earned up to $3,000 per performance day. His public work opened the path for the next generation of nawashi. Teacher of Osada Steve. Collapsed on stage on January 20, 2001, and spent his final eight months in an elderly care facility before dying in September that year.
