Dov is a American rigger.

NYC-based rope-bondage educator, artist, photographer and organizer working publicly as Dov / Washi Nawashi. His official bio says he has been in the New York scene since 1993, is one of the two founders of ShibariCon, and has taught Japanese rope bondage, rope bondage, canes and whips at TES, ShibariCon, Bound In Boston, RopeCamp, Xplore Vienna / Berlin 2014, Hong Kong Kink Con 2016 and other events. A 2017 Washi Nawashi post by Dov describes him as a Bound In Boston teacher for many years and self-reports being one of the two people who started ShibariCon in 2004. Fetish Fair Fleamarket #36 independently describes Dov as an NYC-based artist and educator, a shibari and single-tail whip practitioner, and a presenter at TES, ShibariCon and Leather Leadership Conference.
