Jake is a Australian rigger in the Kinoko line.

Brisbane-based rope educator, performer and artist working with Laced as Nawa Musubi. Studio Kink says Jake became serious about rope when MissEvilGen opened formal Kazami-Ryu training in Queensland and became the first person in Oceania to graduate from Level 4 in Kazami-Ryu. Nawa Musubi's own site describes Jake and Laced as teaching Hajime Kinoko's Ichinawa-kai curriculum in Brisbane and offering workshops locally, interstate and overseas. Shibari Study's 2024 episode says Jake was officially certified by Hajime Kinoko as an instructor of his style in April 2018, and frames his teaching around model-aware communication, clean Kinoko-style line, adaptation and understanding why a tie works rather than only reproducing a form.
