Official pages describe a private facilitated environment for play parties, education, socials, workshops, jams and consensual play, with a 300sqm Montague Gardens dungeon and a smaller Durbanville Downstairs mini-dungeon. Included as adult venue / community infrastructure rather than a shibari studio. Rope relevance comes from recurring Rope Jam programming with KingPat, regular community-jam listings, rope equipment / toy context on the dungeon pages, and Sunga Konji's public 2024 / 2025 Casa Kink performance and workshop traces.
