Nawapedia identifies Shuhei Kitagawa / 北川周平 as born circa 1978, working at Roppongi Mistress from 2005 and mode et Baroque from 2008. His own FC2 official site describes him as a rope artist / kinbakushi active through show appearances and a Roppongi rope salon, with profile notes for Roppongi Mistress, mode et Baroque, Dokuenkai and a weekly Salon Kinbaku Kitagawakai at Roppongi INDIGO. Onawa Asobi performer records list him in the 2011 and 2012 Tokyo rosters, and TV Guide credits him as appearing in Jouni Hokkanen's 2010 documentary short Kinbaku alongside Osada Steve, Haruki Yukimura, Hajime Kinoko and others. No source in this review supports making Shuhei the Kitagawa teacher / influence named in Kasumi Hourai's bio.
