Rumi Kasuga (春日ルミ), born 1930, is a Japanese kinbakushi.

Showa-era Japanese kinbakushi, mistress and model born in Osaka. Nawapedia says she first appeared in Kitan Club in 1954, contacted the magazine and was hired on a monthly contract, wrote about herself in the 1950s and returned with scene reports in the 1970s. Her bondage was credited as Design by Rumi Kasuga, and Suruga-ya issue listings independently show 1955 Kitan Club items under her name plus repeated Kasuga / Ibuki pair-photo credits. documented here as a compact historical Kitan Club practitioner entry; Masako Ibuki, Shozo Konuma / Onuma and Bridge remain source-context only in this pass.
