Basel-born artist and film director living on Fuerteventura, working publicly across shibari, performance art and film as Rouse Renoir. Tying With Friends says Rouse discovered shibari in 2014 and has since worked internationally in performances, workshops and film productions. Public programmes document rope performances with GlüWür and a 2026 live co-tying performance with Aisha Cruz and GlüWür. Saara Rei's official résumé credits Rouse in the May 2024 La Vampira del Raval performance at the BDSM Film Festival in Barcelona.
