Norton Ognev is a Russian rigger.

Kazan rigger, teacher, performer, rope maker and community organizer. His public Telegram profile says he develops the Kazan-based Hyaku-do community; Hyaku-do names him as organizer of its June 2026 party and routes the announced August festival team through him. In 2026 Norton published a six-session beginner shibari course and documented continuing group training. RopeFest Peterburg 2026 says Norton Ognev studied with several masters including Rino / RhinoRopes, Kotenok Gav, Alex Hitch and Freerider, and separately says he prefers Yagami Style as an authored style by Ren Yagami. Ren Yagami's official instructor list does not include Norton, so this is listed as a Ren Yagami style influence rather than official Yagami-ryu lineage. Norton also appears in the 2026 RopeFest fair as a rope maker.
