Singapore-based shibari artist, teacher, performer and photographer working publicly as Nawa Kenshin / Sean / @nawakenshin. His official about page says he began shibari in 2010 after SM and gravure photography / videography work, received guidance from Chris Thomson / Calendar King, renewed his practice in 2019, and later took lessons from Osada Steve, Akechi Kanna and Kasumi Hourai while drawing on Yukimura, Yagami and Osada-ryu style influences. The same page frames his current approach as Nawakokoro / intentional tying with heart. Current official services pages offer Singapore shibari experiences, lessons and treated jute rope services, while official blog posts document regular introductory shibari classes at 66 Chambers, Q1 2025 performances at Costica Singapore and Manila / ShibariPH teaching plus rope-photography lighting classes. Shibari.PH independently presents him as a Singapore shibari artist and photographer teaching and performing in Manila in April 2026.
