Japanese kinbakushi, actor and underground-theater organizer born in Amagasaki. Nawapedia says Tamai founded Theater Scandal in 1972, opened the theater cafe Scandal in 1973, moved the office to Roppongi in 1976 and produced recurring stage works including Story of Seiu Ito. Toru Nawa's profile independently corroborates that Nawa was an early manager of Theater Scandal.
