Shanghai-based shibari artist and educator. Shibari Study and Espacio Nos present Gandalf as a former cognitive scientist, founder / organizer of Embodied Flow, conductor of a local Playback Theatre group and initiator of Kinbaku Theatre. Their rope teaching blends movement, theatre, dance, touch, consent, safety, tension and embodied thinking, with an explicit focus on queer and women's rope communities in China and international workshop contexts such as a 2023 Barcelona class at Espacio Nos.
