Filipino rope artist, educator and community organizer based in Makati, publicly known as Dee Sapalo and Daki. He founded Shibari.PH in June 2016 and continues to direct its educational resources, rope jams, guest programmes and tiered workshop curriculum. His first-person archive documents the project's first official rope jam in October 2016, the six-part Foundation coaching programme introduced in 2019 and a later one-to-one Dakinawa approach combining Japanese-style rope bondage, Filipino martial arts and human-centered design. An independent 2019 GUIDON interview identifies Dee as Shibari.PH's founder and traces his rope study to 2013.
