Nawapedia describes Chiaki Kano as founder of the female-only salon Liberates, influenced by Denki Akechi, with early-2000s LOFT/PLUS ONE performance activity and later instructional releases. Official LOFT/PLUS ONE pages independently confirm her recurring `Girls-Only SM Night` series in 2003-2004 and a guest appearance by Ryuzaki Asuka in August 2003. documented here as a bounded women-led Tokyo performance / organizer bridge rather than a broad 2000s roster hub.
