Regional Ichinawakai school in Kyushu. The official English site says it regularly holds kinbaku classes in Kyushu led by Hajime Kinoko, with a team of instructors; the Japanese introduce page lists instructors for Fukuoka, Nagasaki, Kumamoto and Kokura including Quasi-Type 1 and Second-Class license holders.
