Ottawa rope-education collective and Japanese rope art school founded in 2017. The current Eventbrite organizer profile presents CORE as a local group focused on rope education and Japanese rope culture, inclusive Ottawa classes, and, as of 2022, an official Kanna-ryu school teaching Nawashi Akechi Kanna style / semenawa; it also says CORE is the only currently active North American school authorized to teach Kanna-style. Shibari.PH and ROPECRAFT identify Mango / AGKT as a CORE co-founder and place CORE in the Collective for Ottawa Rope Education context.
