Lyon Shibari, 2010s–, is a French community in the bakushi / kinbaku ecosystem.

Lyon rope association and community with a public teaching shell in Lyon. HelloAsso says the association promotes and popularizes shibari, aims to support safer rope practice, and offers classes, trainings and workshops; the current official lyonshibari.fr page is under reconstruction but still points visitors to active social and Discord channels. Stoa Shibari's official team page also preserves a stronger documented connection by saying Senèque joined Lyon Shibari in 2016 and built his first Lyon Shibari training cycles there in 2018.
