Nawapedia describes ARCADIA Tokyo as owned by Nagare Aotsuki and run by Tesshin Doyama, while Kinbaku Today says the Tokyo location opened when Arcadia expanded from Osaka to Tokyo in 2009 and that Doyama moved from Osaka to manage the new space.
