The current official Dr.Flow site describes it as an Espai de Cultura Viva in the heart of El Born, mixing books, live music, coffee and intimate cultural events, while the stable programme includes a recurring Tuesday Shibari slot. The same official site embeds current venue-post material for the June 2026 Held live shibari performance by RFL / Ropes Forbidden Love and Amanita. documented as compact Barcelona rope-facing venue infrastructure rather than as a broad arts-community hub.
