# Shibari Atlas

> Source-backed atlas of shibari and kinbaku history, mapping practitioners, lineages, studios, dojos, events, works and regional scenes across time and place.

Shibari Atlas currently documents 920 people, 754 entities and 3772 relationships across 9 eras. Bakushi Lineage, formerly Bakushi Map, is the time-based lineage module. Structured facts are released under CC0 where possible; original atlas prose is licensed CC BY-SA 4.0.

Use the HTML pages for current public records, visible citations and structured data. The sitemap is the complete crawl inventory; the optional full text index expands the people, entities and country-level place directory.
